1. Your desk is not a lunch table

Just because you’re busy doesn’t mean you shouldn’t make the most of your lunch hour. Eating while you stare at spreadsheets is no replacement for some fresh air and time to think. Even if you’re packing your lunch, try eating meals in the kitchen or on a picnic table outside. 2. Work to live, don’t live to work

Sure there are times when you have to burn the midnight oil on a big presentation, but moderation is the key. It doesn’t take many 60-hour weeks to burn out even the hardest worker. 3. You have vacation days for a reason
