Basil Lemonade

Servings: 1

Juice from two large fresh lemons
2 TBSP fresh basil, freshly torn
Skinnygirl Sweetener to taste
1 c cold water
Ice

Instructions:

  • Use a muddler (or base of wooden spoon) to mash (muddle) together the lemon juice and basil to infuse the basil flavor
  • Add cold water, sweeten to taste, add ice, stir and serve with lemon wedge

Ginger Lemonade

Servings: 1

Juice from two large fresh lemons
1 TBSP fresh ginger, grated
Skinnygirl Sweetener to taste
1 c cold water
Ice
Fresh mint sprigs

Instructions:

  • Use a muddler (or base of wooden spoon) to mash (muddle) together the lemon juice and ginger to infuse the flavors
  • Strain lemon juice mixture, pressing the pulp into the strainer with the back of a spoon
  • Add cold water, sweeten to taste, add ice, stir and serve with lemon wedge and mint sprig

Iced Tea

Servings: 8 (8oz ea)

1 pinches baking soda
2 cups boiling water
6 tea bags
Skinnygirl Sweetener to taste
6 cups cool water

Instructions:

  • Sprinkle baking soda into a 64 oz heat proof pitcher, preferably glass
  • Pour in boiling water, add tea bags, cover and steep for 20 minutes
  • Remove tea bags and discard, stir in SG Sweetener
  • Pour in cold water
  • Serve room temperature over ice with wedge of lemon

Iced Coffee

Servings: 2

½ c boiling water
2 tsp instant espresso granules (powder)
5 pkt Skinnygirl Organic Stevia
1 c fat free half and half
1 c 2% reduced fat milk

Instructions:

  • Pour boiling water over instant espresso stirring until completely dissolved. Add Skinnygirl sweetener and remaining ingredients, stir well.
  • Chill at least 5 hrs or over night. Serve over ice

Mixed Berry Smoothie

Servings: 2

1 ½ c fresh or frozen mixed berries
¾ c milk, skim
1/8 c non fat plain yogurt
2 TBS orange juice, fresh squeezed
Skinnygirl Sweetener to taste
1 TBS Flax Seed (opt)

Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients in blender, blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve cold

Tip: Can be made into frozen pops for kids.

Cherry Lime Slushy

Servings: 1

¼ c fresh lime juice
¼ c fresh orange juice
¼ c frozen cherries
Skinnygirl sweetener to taste
1 c ice

Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend until well combined
  • Sweeten to taste with Skinnygirl sweetener

Chai Milkshake

Servings: 1

1 c low fat milk (or almond milk)
2 Vanilla Chai tea bags
2-3 large scoops vanilla non fat frozen yogurt
Skinnygirl Sweetener to taste
Ice

Instructions:

  • Add ½ c milk to sauce pan and bring to a simmer, turn off heat
  • Add Chai tea bags and allow to steep for 15 min, strain and squeeze all liquid from tea bags, chill
  • Combine chilled Chai tea mixture, frozen yogurt, sweetener and milk into blender
  • Blend until smooth, pour into glass and serve

Chocolate Milkshake

Servings: 1

2 scoops non fat vanilla frozen yogurt
¾ c vanilla flavored almond milk
1 TBSP cocoa powder
Skinnygirl Sweetener to taste

Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients in blender and mix thoroughly
  • Pour into glass and serve

Cappuccino

Servings: 1

½ c milk
1/3 c hot brewed espresso
Skinny Girl Sweetener to taste

  • Combine all ingredients in blender and mix thoroughly
  • Pour into glass and serve

Cinnamon Raisin Spread

Servings: 2 cups

1 ½ c low fat cream cheese
½ c cottage cheese, drained
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Skinnygirl Sweetener to taste
½ tsp pure vanilla extract
½ c raisins

Instructions:

  • Place cream cheese, cottage cheese, cinnamon and Skinnygirl Sweetener in food processor. Blend until smooth, transfer to medium bowl, stir in raisins, cover and chill in refrigerator until serving

Tip: Can add ¼ cup chopped walnuts for variation. Great on bagels, waffles or just toast.

Peanut Butter Fruit Spread

Servings: 1 cup

1 cup vanilla nonfat Greek yogurt
2 TBSP powdered peanut butter (can use natural peanut butter)
Pinch of cinnamon
Skinnygirl Sweetener to taste

Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, mix thoroughly, cover and chill for 45 minutes, serve

Mojito Fruit Dip

Servings: 1¼ cup

1 c nonfat Greek style yogurt
2 tsp fresh lime juice
1 TBSP fresh mint, minced
Fresh mint sprigs
Skinnygirl sweetener to taste

Instructions:

  • Combine yogurt, lime juice, minced mint and SG sweetener in small bowl
  • Mix well, refrigerate for 30 minutes, top with fresh mint leaves and serve

Waffles

Servings: 6 waffles

2 eggs
2 cups all purpose flour
1 3/4 cup milk
½ cup vegetable oil
Skinnygirl Sweetener to taste
4 teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions:

  • Preheat waffle iron
  • Beat eggs in large bowl with mixer until fluffy
  • Beat in flour, milk, vegetable oil, SG Sweetener, baking powder, salt and vanilla until smooth
  • Pour mix onto hot waffle iron, cook until golden brown
  • Serve hot with your favorite topping

Citrus Fruit Pops

Servings: 6 waffles

1 c fresh squeezed orange juice
½ c fresh squeezed lime juice
Skinnygirl sweetener to taste

Instructions:

  • Combine juices, add SG sweetener to taste, fill popsicle molds and freeze for at least 6 hours
  • To unmold your pops, dip entire mold into warm water (do not allow water to get into pop molds)
  • Slide pops out and serve immediately or wrap and freeze

Tip: You can add fresh mint, ginger, basil, chunks of fresh fruit to pops for variation

Whipped Cream

1 cup heavy cream
Skinnygirl Sweetener to taste
1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions:

  • Whip cream until almost stiff. Add sweetener and vanilla; beat until cream holds peaks. Spread over or top your favorite recipe

Cherry Cobbler Filling

2 15oz cans pitted tart red cherries, undrained
Skinnygirl Sweetener to taste
3 TBS. cornstarch
2 tsp. flour
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  • Drain cherries, reserve liquid and set cherries aside
  • Combine Skinnygirl Sweetener, cornstarch, flour and reserved juice in medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture comes to a slow boil. Continue cooking for an additional minute until thick, then remove from heat.
  • Stir in lemon juice, almond extract, vanilla extract and fold in reserved cherries.

Pom Gin Cocktail

2 oz 100% pomegranate juice
2 oz gin
2 oz prosecco
Skinnygirl Sweetener to taste

Instructions:

  • Fill martini shaker with ice. Add gin, pomegranate juice and a quick squeeze of Skinnygirl Sweetener. Place lid on shaker and shake until cold and blended. Pour into prepared martini glasses. Add prosecco.

Green Tea Cocktail

1 part green tea liqueur
2 parts sugar free white cranberry or white grape juice
Skinnygirl Sweetener to taste

Instructions:

  • Serve in a tall cocktail glass.

Peppermint Hot Cocoa

6 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped
1 1/2 c half and half
1 1/2 c non-fat milk
1/8 tsp. sea salt
3 drops peppermint oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
Skinnygirl Sweetener to taste
Whipped cream for topping
Crushed peppermint candy for garnish

Instructions:

  • In a saucepan, combine milk, half and half, salt and Skinnygirl Sweetener. When the milk mixture just begins to steam, add the chopped chocolate and stir until melted. Stir in peppermint oil.
  • Divide the hot chocolate among mugs, top with whipped cream and crushed peppermint candy.
